A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Please note that when booking for 1-2 guests, you will have access to one bedroom; for 3-4 guests, you can choose from two bedrooms; and for 5-6 guests, all three bedrooms will be available. While you will have exclusive access to the entire cottage during your stay, any bedrooms not booked and paid for in advance will not be accessible


Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Full payment must be made not later than 14 days prior to the reservation.

Check-in time is from 2pm.

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property during their stay.

Dillons Cottage is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to the reservation date.

Cancellations made at least 8 days before the reservation date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date are non-refundable.

For Special Event weekends and Festival Events such as Apple and Grape and Snowflakes in Stanthorpe Festivals and long weekends, a 14-day notice of cancellation is required.

Please note, in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children of any age are welcome - No cots or extra beds are available.

Check-in anytime after 2pm.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed.

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.
